Our prices are very competitive as we charge per day/night for the villa (minimum booking of 1 week).

1. Contact us for availability and provisionally book the villa.
2. Book your flights and retain your booking confirmation number.
3. Contact us to confirm your villa booking. We will send you a booking form which you must return to us along with a 50% deposit (via cheque or bank transfer). If your departure is less than 8 weeks away then the entirity of the total cost is to be paid.
4. Await your confirmation by telephone.
5. Pay your remaining balance 8 weeks prior to departure.
6. Instructions of entry will then be sent to you.
The villa must be vacated by 10:30am on your day of departure.
